- Receiving, assessing and responding to your quote, information and contact requests;
- Preparing services and quotes that match your project needs;
- Assessing job applications and running recruitment processes;
- Ensuring the security of the website and forms and preventing misuse;
- Fulfilling legal obligations.
4. Legal grounds
Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, it is necessary for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligations, and the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided they do not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms. The form consent box is used to confirm that you have read this notice.
5. Method of collection
Your personal data is collected electronically through the quote, contact and job application forms on our website, by email, by phone and via WhatsApp.
6. Transfers
Your personal data may be shared, strictly for the purposes above, with the hosting and email providers we use and, upon request, with authorised public authorities. Your data is never sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes.
7. Retention period
Quote and contact requests are kept for the periods required by law and for as long as needed to complete the request; job applications are kept for up to 2 years from the application date. At the end of the period, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
8. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it is; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, and deletion or destruction; to request that third parties to whom it was transferred be notified of these actions; to object to any adverse outcome arising from analysis by automated systems; and to claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.
